In the last few days in the rival has begun more intensively violate the ceasefire regime by shooting more than 2000 fires in the direction of the Armenian border guard causing 2 wounded soldiers.
Especially, the rival opened fire in the direction of the Armenian position from eastern direction by ”ISTIGAL” type weapon to the sanitary caron April 24, as a result of which Andranik Madoyan and Ernest Sargsyan, the soldiers of the Defense Army, were wounded.
The above stated fact once again proves that the rival continues its destabilizing strategy in the contact line of the Armenian-Azerbaijani forces and by ignoring the humanitarian provisions of the Geneva Convention, opens fire to the sanitary car, which bears the Red Cross Emblem.
