On 9 April Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held a consultation with the supreme command staff of the Defense Army at the head of defense minister Movses Hakobyan.

Issues related to army building, situation along the line of contact between Nagorno Karabagh andAzerbaijanarmed forces and amelioration of social conditions of the servicemen were discussed at consultation.
