The website www.artsagh.com was created with the efforts of the alumni of the “Instigate Educational Centre” in Stepanakert. The aim of the website is to provide information on the history, culture, current developments of Artsakh, including the Diaspora and the foreigners. It should present general and true concept of Artsakh to all unaware people, as well as interesting information to those who are already informed.

Armenuhi Petrosyan, manager of the programs of “Instigate” CJSC, informed us that the website is not functioning yet as the content is incomplete.

“The idea of creating the website belongs to a businessman in Diaspora, our company has provided services. The first alumni of the “Instigate Educational Centre” in Stepanakert created the general structure of the website and collected some material for the content. This activity was sponsored by the above mentioned customer” A. Petrosyan says during the interview with ArtsakhToday.com.

As guest mentioned it the website was initially planned to provide general information on the history, culture, war, as well as the current economic and cultural development of Artsakh.
